Help with how to pass the speaking test in IELTS. ‘Talk about your favourite restaurant’ The speech will be separated into fact and opinion and operate around the framework of introduction, body and conclusion. Introduction Today, I am going to talk about my favourite restaurant. Body Fact ( What, Where, When, Who ) 1.What is the name of the restaurant? 2.Where is it located? 3.When do you go there? 4.Who do you go with? The candidate should answer these questions as the first part of the Body and therefore provide some ‘Fact’ to go with the ‘Opinion’ which will make up the second part of the speech. My favourite restaurant is Lucky Burger. It is located on Monivong Boulevard in the centre of Phnom Penh near the Central Market. I usually go there on Monday evenings at about seven o’clock for dinner with my family. My favourite dish is fried chicken and french fries. Transition from ‘Fact’ to ‘Opinion’.
