During the IELTS test
It is normal for anyone to feel nervous while attending the test. Always carry a positive attitude to avoid tension in the test center. If you feel you are not comfortable with anything in the examination hall make sure you tell the examiners there for a change of seat.

How to be fearless in your IELTS test! - No comment (Add comment)
Most of us have undergone test anxiety, that is the feeling of fear and stress during test situation. it severely affects our performance. so, How can you cope with this? This is SIMPLE way of getting rid of that crazy things. I got the ideas from reading some books and of course my own experience.
The rule is to totally forget the difficulty of the test. simple, isn't it? But how? easy!! Cheesy what you can do is to keep yourself busy from thinking of the crazy test. I'll tell you how:
1. When you are home, take some milk. I wouldn't recommend tea or coffee. while warming up your ear for the listening test, pay your whole attention to listen to what you are listening to. you can also ask your dog or pets, "how are you?" whatever you do is okay as long as it keep yourself from thinking about that exam. there's nothing you can do at this time, you've prepared.
2. while you are at the test center and waiting to go in to the room, you'll likely to come into conversation with friends. Here, just talk about something that are not related to the test. but you can also ask some silly things such as " are we allowed to go to the toilet? will they follow us and go into the toilet with us?"
3. now you are in the exam room, just keep yourself busy from thinking about the difficulty of the test. I would suggest you go over tips and techniques for tests in your clever head. listen to the instructions given by the examiners totally.
4. now the test has started! amazingly you don't have any feeling of fear! here, try to do the test as quickly and carefully as possible. if you can't anwers some questions, don't worry just talk positively to yourself " There's nothing to fear about, it will affects my perfomance if i get fear, so I won't fear".Always avoid negative though. Keep your eye on your test paper, don't worry about what other students are doing. Keep yourself busy!
5. the test is now over! you are very satisfied with yourself. you've taken the test fearlessly, well done!

IELTS Speaking tips and ideas to help you along!
Speak more not less
Always speak more rather than less and take every opportunity to
speak fluently and accurately. The examiner needs to hear of lot of the candidate’s speaking so that they can have a good sample of the candidate’s speaking ability on which to award a band score.
Speak at a natural pace and volume
Try to be as natural as possible and the volume and speed should
be the same as if you were speaking to one of your friends. If you speak fast when you get nervous, try to relax and speak slower as often speaking too quickly can be hard to comprehend.
Try to make a positive impression
Be positive when you are in the room and try to make a good
impression, be polite and friendly and try not to appear too
nervous. Being positive leads to confidence, and it is this
confidence which will allow you to do your best.
